Fast shipping, great scent

Ordered the 'Black Orchid' fragrance oil. Arrived quickly. The scent is amazing. Very happy with the purchase.

Good value on the sample pack

I was looking to try some new scents without spending too much. The Hotel Collection Scents Sample Pack was a great deal. I got to try a few different ones, and the price was definitely right. Felt like I got my money's worth.

Consistent quality, returning customer

I've purchased from Aroma Retail several times now, mostly for their Fragrance Oils. This last order was for the 'Mandarin Zest' oil and a new Reed Diffuser. The oil quality is always consistent, which is why I keep coming back. My previous orders for room sprays and candles were also great. Delivery usually takes about the same amount of time, a little under a week. I like knowing what to expect, and they've always delivered on that. It's nice to find a brand you can rely on for good scents.

Scent machine and oils review

I ordered the Scent Machine Home and a bottle of the 'Wynn' fragrance oil. The ordering process was pretty straightforward on the website. Shipping took about 5 business days, which was reasonable. The machine itself was easy to set up and start using, instructions were clear. The fragrance oil smells really good, very much like what I remember from hotels. The quality of the machine feels solid, not flimsy at all. I haven't needed customer support yet, so can't speak to that. Overall, a good experience.

Easy to get a nice smell

Got a couple of their Room Sprays, 'Fresh Linen' and 'Coastal Breeze'. Just wanted something to make the place smell better quick, you know? They delivered pretty fast. Sprays smell really good, not too strong but you can definitely tell it's there. My living room feels a lot nicer now. No fuss, just good smells. Would probably get more when these run out.
